Ultimately, its goal is to inspire and train the youth of today to take part in creating and developing effective and innovative projects and programs in their respective communities.

Project Buklat
One of the integral factors for individual development is the access to quality education and reading literacy. While the public schools and state universities has already been addressing this concern, some communities still lack educational materials to help and supplement the students in further enhancing their skills. As part of the mission of JMRF to empower the citizens of the country, Project Buklat was created.
Project Buklat was launched in June 2019 in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. Two public school libraries were opened during its launch. The most recent library the project launched was in Candon, Ilocos Sur last August 2019. The Foundation aims to reach out to at least one library quarterly.
