Leadership and Strategy in Organizations

A multimodule course that seeks to engage leaders with drive and passion for acquiring and developing relevant and innovative leadership and management skills for effective leading and engagement within organizations.

Course Overview

The course will run for three (3) months covering two (2) Saturdays per month for a total of 6 sessions.

Learning methods will include concise lectures, analysis of relevant articles and case studies, active class discussions, and interactive group and individual workshops on the above topics. Participants are expected to prepare for each session by reading pre-assigned articles and cases. Participants are also expected to be active during classes and to always keep their videos on during all sessions.

  1. Making better decisions and avoiding common pitfalls in decision making.
  2. Widening sphere of influencing and motivating others.
  3. Optimizing performance in organization.
  4. Building a culture of learning in organization.
  5. Lessons in leading in a post pandemic world.

He is a social entrepreneur having started and established several non-profit organizations in the Philippines that promote access to quality education and good governance. Presently, he is the Lead Convenor of Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership and also the Program Manager of the Jesse M. Robredo Foundation.

Leadership and Management for Nonprofit Professionals

The Leadership and Management for Nonprofit Professionals (LMNP) is an online fellowship program for young professionals and emerging leaders in nonprofit organizations.
